Summary/Abstract: The primary aim of the paper is to integrate two conceptions of discourse. The paper discusses the concept of discourse developed by American linguist such as R. Langacker concept (1987, 1991, 2009) which can be integrated with text linguistics developed by German linguists such as K. Adamzik (2001), W. Heinemann (2002) and the method of discourse linguistics (Spitzmüller/Warnke 2011).
