Investments in relation to current financial liquidity of agriculture farms in Lubelskie Voivodeship

Summary/Abstract: The elaboration estimated relation between return of investments and current financial liquidity in agriculture farms, situated in Lubelskie Voivodeship. The research was based on the agricultural farms participating in PL FADN system. The analysis was conducted between 2004 and 2007. It was found that in general, with the increase of current liquidity reduce the level of financial investment in farms. The highest value of investment was recorded in farms specialized in animal production, economic strong and the a large of arable land. These farms make substantial investments sizes, benefiting from the external sources of financing, including funds obtained from the EU Structural Funds. In the test period, there was no uniform trend in the dynamic in shaping the investment.
