Summary/Abstract: In order to offer a great variety of theological approaches to help married couples live an authentic marriage, the article shows the fundamental call to every human person: to be a child of God. The call to marriage is a secondary one and can flourish only if both, man and woman are aware of being children of God with all consequences, reflected in the article.
