The Enforcement of Child Contact Orders

Summary/Abstract: This article analyses enforcement of child contact orders. The paper especially focuses on problematic aspects related to this topic, in particular on the effectiveness of the enforcement of decisions imposing fines, on the suitability of the enforcement of decisions of removal of the child or possibility to use family mediation. Text is also supplemented by comparison of enforcement of decisions about adjustment of relations in England and in the Czech republic.
