Summary/Abstract: The authors take the text to reflect the personality and professional competence priority for teachers functioning professionally in the situation changes and developing recommendations towards the development of Polish educational space. Article deals with the assistance of teachers, through which the authors understand the correlation structure of personality teaching with practical impact on multiple spheres of the student as an individual and as a member of society, school and other social groups.
