Summary/Abstract: International cooperation of the Army of Serbia and Montenegro (Serbia) has been increasing over the past few years and, in that context, its participation in peace missions is also mentioned. A possibility for joint participation in such operations has been recently brought up by Norwegian defence minister Anne-Grete Strøm-Erichsen visiting Belgrade in June this year. Why does the public know so little about this means for conflict prevention, management and/or resolution?
