On Some Recent Forms of Administrative Conduct Regulated under the Czech Construction Act

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with some recent forms of administrative conduct regulated under the Czech Construction Act. It particularly concentrates on administrative acts called territorial consent and measure of a general nature. These matters are presented and analysed as to the actual attitude of adjudication and contemporary administrative case law. This article focuses on a concrete judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court that has recently provoked an expert discussion on that topic.
