Determinants of knowledge management in small and medium-sized enterprises

Summary/Abstract: Human resources, especially their intellectual capability, are considered to be one of the most essential capitals of an enterprise. However, in order to achieve it, appropriate resource management is indispensable. The aim of the article is to identify the determinants and possibilities of personalized knowledge development in an organization. It also refers to the system of motivation which is accepted as the most effective tool in successful management of human resources.
