Summary/Abstract: From the text of the vasijetname we see that it contains a lot of words that have Turkish or Arabian origin. It is not at all unusual if we recall vasijetname purpose, its content, but also time in which it was created. What is characteristic for this vasijetnama is the fact that Sulejman Damadžić fully adapted our language to these foreign words. This vasijetnama is interesting because of the facts it contains - as we have seen – in several subheadings: Instructions on how to do vasijet, what will be passed along with it, but the necessary things are shown by priority so it has ordered dereji (first, second, third) where reasons for writing vasijetname are given. There is a mention in the document that shows it was created on 12th Rabi 'al-Awwal 1332. by Hijra callendar. From the date of vasijetname (12 Rabi 'al-Awwal it the date when Prophet Muhammad was born) it is clear what importance Sulejman Damadžić atteched to this document. Vasijetname mentioned some of his famous acquaintances in Tuzla, that were also included in the creation of vasijetname: Hafiz ef. Selesković Khalil, Hafiz Osman ef. Mujezinovića, Hadji Hafiz ef. Zekerijah Ibrišimović, Hafiz Abdurrahman ef. Ibrišimović.
