Summary/Abstract: The world is struggling with the successive crises which is dramatically changing societies. Therefore, a lawyer who is absorbed in reading files but who does not seem to take notice of these transformations, voluntarily betakes oneself to the ‘borderlands’. There, in the field of their narrow specialization, they cultivate minimalism. It might be dangerous tactics, hopefully, not a trap. The peregrination over the border exposes the poor condition of a lawyer’s profession as well as it results in the increasing number of written ethical codes on professional life. Raising the ethical viability of the legal world might be possible when lawyers open to philosophy. We live in the era which makes for developing new disciplines such as legal ethics. It is high time to take advantage of this opportunity. By absorbing the works of various areas of culture, we will make progress in solving the problems and maladies of legal professions
