Summary/Abstract: The paper is treating the questions, connected with development and investigation of methods and algorithms according to the principles of the metric-and-topological approach for design of electronic specialized structures with single layer of commutation. The presented methodology is directed to realization of all electrical connections in automatic mode, applying strong interconnection of the different stages of placement and rooting and providing possibilities for more deep analysis of the problem for rational utilization of the substrate area with maximum consideration of the restrictions and the specificity of the applied fabrication technology.
