Homogeneous Arcs in Projective Hjelmslev Spaces and a Generalization of a Theorem by Bonisoli

Summary/Abstract: In this note, we prove an analogue of a theorem by A. Bonisoli which characterizes the linear constant weight codes over finite as a concatenation of simplex codes. We extend this theorem to linear codes over finite chain rings with respect to the homogeneous metric. The approach to linear codes used in this note is geometric. This the reason why we prove our result for multiarcs in projective Hjelmslev spaces.
