Summary/Abstract: In Autobiography we will be tracing the evolution of traditional autobiographical texts (such as letter, autobiography, silva rerum, journal, memoir etc.) as well as comment on their contemporary versions (e-mail, blog, autobiographical webcomics, personal web pages, facebook profile, family online chronicle etc.). We will be asking about the influence these forms have on the hitherto personal narratives and the way they modify today’s forms of expression, including the way the written forms incorporate other forms. In brief: we will be researching various modes of the ever growing trend of multimedia autobiography.
