Summary/Abstract: The European integration raises hopes for the future of united Europe, but it does not solve all the current problems of individual Member States. One of them is to protect the rights and interests of the State Treasury of individual European Union’s countries. Therefore, each country has its own system of protection of these interests also towards the European Union’s countries. This situation is far from the perspective of unification of the European Union’s interests. In Poland, the State Treasury Solicitors’ Office deals with the legal protection of the rights and interests of the State Treasury.
