INTEGRATION OF ARCHIVAL INFORMATION OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION BASED ON THE SINGLE CLASSIFIER

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the issue of integration of archival information of the Russian Federation on the basis of a single classifier, where he pointed out the importance and role of automation technology in the process of building a single information space of the Russian archives, and the importance of classifications for organizing automated access documentary information archive funds of the Russian Federation . The authors pay special attention to the issue of making a special classifier documentary information (EKDI) AF RF, its structure and significance, pointing to the universal character of the classifier, and the possibility of its application to the local databases, as well as the integrated database of Russian archives. In this way, through the classifier, simplified the process of access to information, and the effects are much better than the traditional approach to information.
