IZRADA NAUČNO-INFORMATIVNIH SREDSTAVA U ARHIVIMA VOJVODINE, NJIHOVA DALJNJA OPRAVDANOST I MOGUĆNOST NJIHOVOG UNAPREĐENJA
MAKING SCIENTIFIC NEWS OF FUNDS IN THE ARCHIVE OF VOJVODINA, THEIR FURTHER JUSTIFICATION AND POSSIBILITY OF THEIR PROMOTION

Summary/Abstract: In his paper the author wants to present the work of archivists in Vojvodina that are working on the processing of archival materials and making scientific information resources on archives. This work archives in the province are doing almost 40 years and during that time they treated dozens of funds, which are qualified as the funds of great importance, published over 100 publications and has been done to hundreds of thousands of analytical description. Only in the Archives of Vojvodina has been done to date over 500,000 analytical descriptions of documents and published over 50 publications. Furthermore, this paper presents the principles for drafting a new methodological guidelines for the treatment of archival material (production of analytical descriptions) and suggested new possibilities for improved and more efficient work on the processing of funds, with the aim of making information resources more efficiently and faster flow of information on archives, which keeps, arrange and process in archives in Vojvodina. Without pretension that sets standards in the work on scientific and information resources, the author advocates and expects of all professionals to their proposals and suggestions include the development of further actions to improve the information and publishing activities of the archive, which might be a topic of a future consultation archival stuff, which should initiate professional associations and registration archives, as holders of professional services.
