Summary/Abstract: The metaphor deserves to be taken seriously in the legal language, even if it is intended to be clear, precise and concise. The study of law presents itself to us primarily as a work of language: apparently precise and practical, it is full of metaphors. We will try to underline in the following pages the metaphorical transposition of the body and its parts in legal language according to medical principles
