On the modification of the penal order by Cassation instance

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the references in the Administrative Violations and Sanctions Act to the Administrative Procedure Code and the Criminal Procedure Code in order to extract the powers of cassation administrative penal instance to modify the penal order. The forms and hypotheses of the above mentioned modification are discussed.
