Summary/Abstract: The Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria regulates the basic principles that define the contemporary development of intellectual property and ensure the protection of cultural and creative rights. The article is a historical review of the rules governing intellectual property rights. The collision between these and other constitutional rights is investigated.
