THE BANKRUPTCY PREVENTION OF ENTERPRISES: METHODOLOGICAL ASPECT

Summary/Abstract: Recently, the insolvency problems of indebted enterprises have been common in Lithuania’s economy. The success and existence of a company depends upon the reaction of an organization to the environmental changes, how it succeeds to overcome the inertness of an organization. Knowledge, thinking and understandings of organization leaders add a lot to the success of an organization. This paper seeks to identify the insolvency problems of indebted enterprises and to analyze their evaluation aspects in predicting potential bankruptcy of troubled enterprises. Thus, this paper deals with preventive measures and presents the methodological approach to environmental changes as well as methodological ecommendations based on the cognition of management theories and consultation practice.
