Summary/Abstract: This paper proposes a Carnapian approach to known counterexamples to Modus Ponens (henceforth, MP). More specifi cally, it argues that instead of rejecting MP as invalid in certain interpretations, one should regard the interpretations themselves as non-normal, in Carnap’s sense.
