UNELE ASPECTE PRIVIND REVIZUIREA CADRULUI NORMATIV ACTUAL AL ADOPŢIEI INTERNAŢIONALE ÎN ROMÂNIA

Summary/Abstract: In this article, the author presents certain considerations on the review of the current regulatory framework of international adoption in Romania. The structure and content of the study reveal the comments on the definition of the current regulation, on the international adoption in the regulation of Law no. 273/2004; as republished and amended, considering, on the basis of the above, the doctrine developed by C. Mareş, an important name in the field of law. Finally, the author formulates brief considerations regarding the amendments, which were proposed to the laws specific to adoption and particularly, to the international adoption in Romania, and these laws have taken into consideration the existence, in practice, of certain difficulties within the adoption procedures, which generated both the need to amend the regulatory framework in the matter, as well as the method of its implementation.
