Summary/Abstract: This publication analyses a problem of localization of what’s been called «Karaite’s neighborhoods» in urban infrastructure of cities of the Crimean peninsula, and also a number of objects that are of great historical and architectural significance. The article is grounded on the works and publications of both pre-revolutionary and modern historians and specialists, as well as documentation of institutions engaged in the protection of monuments of national importance on the territory of the Crimean peninsula, and the materials stored in the State Archive of the Republic of Crimea.
