To a question of formation of the Christian community in late antique Chersonese

Summary/Abstract: The issue of emergence and claiming of Christianity in the Chersonese – Cherson remain controversial question for more than a hundred years. Analyzing of all known sources allows recovering a process of development of the Church in the Chersonese. The first exposure with Christianity took place in the first centuries A.D. Christian community was formed at the end of III - IV centuries A.D. But the final victory of Christianity occurred in the 80-s years of IV centuries.
