Summary/Abstract: The report is aimed at pointing out of the three main aspects in which considerably there could be decentralization in relation to the concrete control for constitutionality within the European model and the factors, under the influence of which this tendency has developed, without treating the relationship between the constitutional courts and the supranational jurisdictions.
