Summary/Abstract: The report reviewes issues about suspension and interruption of limitation within the framework of enforcement of pecuniary receivables regulated in art. 442-520 of the Civil Procedure Code. The solutions given in the Interpretative judgement № 2/26.06.2015 of The General Assembly of the Civil and Commercial Colleges of the Supreme Court of Cassation are analyzed.
