TELEWORK – METHOD OF DEVELOPMENT OF DISABLED PERSONS’ EMPLOYMENT QUALITY

Summary/Abstract: Lisbon strategy should solve the question of requirement of comprehensive and integrated social and market reforms. Flexible conception of social protection is designed to modernize the organisation and relation of work. Problem of employment for disabled persons is partly connected with technical achievements in labour market. New information and connection technologies provide better opportunities for creation of modern work places that could compensate the loss of traditional work places. Telework in particular circumstances create for disabled persons’ positive opportunity for choice, improves quality of employment. For mostly of distance workers the work at home is convenience. Accomplished research of authors let the factors of quality of employment and proved that implementation of telework model for disabled persons could improve quality of work of such persons in comparison with recent system of profession rehabilitation and employment of disabled persons in Lithuania. Results of accomplished research are analysed in article.
