Summary/Abstract: This article revisits the question of what was revolutionary about the events in December 1989 in Romania from an autobiographical perspective. The author spent part of December 1989 and January 1990 in Romania, observing and attending events tied to the collapse of the communist regime and provides this person recollection of what she saw as radical changes during those four weeks.
