South America towards the problem of external debt

Summary/Abstract: In the present present work, on of the most essential problems of modern international finances that is external debt of developing countries, has been presented. The major aim of the work was to demonstrate the causes of occurrence of external debt and the methods that have been used to diminish it so far. Especially, the case of South America countries is considered.
