Summary/Abstract: FDI are the main factor of intensive development and modernization of economy. FDI had the special role in this activity in developing and transformation countires, such as Poland and the most accession’s countries of the European Union in 2004. The foreign capital was the guarantee of their economic transformation. For that reason the very important thing is the continuation of the research concerning the impact of the EU’s accession on the level of FDI inflow in this countries. The paper contains the analyzes of FDI inflow to the “new members” of European Union, especially to Poland, and the prospects of their future transfer.
