Summary/Abstract: This paper presents a very courageous, scientifically founded prediction, concerning the imminent and inevitable process of strengthening the political and nation-building subjectivity of national minorities and ethnic groups i.e. minority indigenous people. For a more lasting peace and stability for which we want to dominate in Europe and the world can only be achieved by deflection of the discontent of these nationalities, on one hand, and strengthening of the public recognition of their international legal subjectivity on the other hand.
