Summary/Abstract: Legislative amendments that have occurred in fiscal and commercial matters have created a series of dilemmas within the business environment regarding the optimal way of organizing economic activities. Before January 1st 2016 and the entry into force of new fiscal provisions applicable especially to authorized individuals, the choice was easier for small entrepreneurs but significant changes relative to taxes that the authorized individuals are forced to pay from that date have created a series of dilemmas in organizing economic activity. The present study aims to weigh up the advantages and disadvantages of the three forms of business organization to establish an optimal solution for the business environment.
