Recent developments in the codification of the rules of Romanian administrative law

Summary/Abstract: Codification of rules of administrative law is currently in another phase. The perspective into the coding process has seen an evolving phenomenon which is part of the general systematization and simplification of the law. The difficulties in the coding process are accepted unanimously especially for substantive law. Codification of administrative procedure is considered more achievable because it took advantage of the existence of a coding model for administrative procedure of the European Union. In the spring of 2016 the Romanian Government has opted with priority for encoding of substantive law by approving a project prior Administrative Code. This article seeks these developments referring to the opinions expressed in the recent doctrine of administrative law.
