Summary/Abstract: Law no. 7 of 13 March 1996 of cadastre and real estate advertising suffered a substantial change with the adoption of Government Emergency Ordinance no. 41 of 27 May 2004 amending and supplementing Law on cadastre and real estate advertising. The article analyzes the main changes in the reorganization of the cadastre and land registration, abolition of specialized cadastre, formalism on which acts performing real rights in the land registration, procedure for contesting the way of solving the application for registration.
