General market situation, economic and organizational behavior of employers and employees in the context of Romania's integration in the European Union

Summary/Abstract: The article examines current issues on the overall market situation, economic and organizational behavior of employees and employers. The study focuses on fundamental issues such as company strategies in the legislative context, increasing competition, the growth of exports, the need for certifications for quality standards, the need for flexibility of the company, the increased interest of companies outside the Union for Romanian, increase the level and quality domestic demand, fluctuations in the level of unemployment, the existence of a market strategy in the medium and long term, the emergence of multinationals, the possibility of relocation and business in Romania, modifying salaries and personnel movements.
