Conceptual bases effective financial support for innovative development of Ukraine

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the work – the conceptual aspects of the effectiveness of financial support innovative development of Ukraine.Purpose – The aim of the article is to review and study the conceptual foundations of the effectiveness of financialsupport innovative development of Ukraine.Method and methodology of work - used general scientific and special methods, such as comparison of scientificabstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis and the like.Results – explore the concept of «innovation and analyzed the level of funding of research and innovation activity inUkraine with justification directions of innovation.Conclusions - improving the system of financial support of scientific activities on the basis of innovation is based onobtaining resources through various channels, in particular the provision of basic and program-oriented funding throughdirect financial support from the state in the volumes defined by law, the expansion of private financing through venturecapital and other commercial sources ( grants, investments). The introduction of such methods by the state financial supportas an indirect tax breaks, loans and subsidies.
