Summary/Abstract: There is a significant disproportion between the output of the education system and the absorption capacity of the labour market. University graduates represent one of the risk groups on the labour market which should be paid attention to. So far, there is no effective impact of structural changes in the economy on the creation of jobs. Preparation for the profession is an important factor that influences the labour market. Education system needs to respect laws of graduate applicants and requirements of the market.
