Summary/Abstract: This is short note about Scientific Conference: 4th Euroregional Scientific Conference: startingand conducting business with the limitations of environmental protection law – between theoryand practice. Conference was organized by University of Rzeszow, Carpathian Euroregion AssociationPoland, and Subcarpathian Regional Assembly on January 15th, 2016. The conference focusedon theoretical and practical aspects of the limitations of environmental protection law inbusiness. The main conference issues: environment protection, environmental protection law, energy law, prosumer in energy sector, limitations of starting and conducting business, concessionand environment protection, and arbitration in environmental protection law, ecology in law, coalenergetics, garbage disposal in energy sector, environment protection in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.
