The strategy of economic intellectual and innovational development competetveness

Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the problems and prospects of the intellectual and innovative development of the economy of Ukraine interms of integration into the global educational community. Work was carried out to determine the prospects and conditions ofimplementation of distance learning in Ukraine, setting priorities and critical factors in the process, and developing a strategy ofcompetitive development. The article analyzes the modern concepts of distance education and the classification of the main types ofdistance learning, highlighting their advantages and limitations. The analysis of the domestic market of distance education services isformulated by the basic problem categories (technical, technological, infrastructural, psychologically, qualification). The comparativecharacteristics of the practical implementation of the technological platforms of distance learning and their activity in Ukraine highlightcurrent trends of development. We propose a conceptual framework for sustainable development of the economy on the principles ofimproving the training of highly qualified professionals by introducing modern teaching technologies; a strategy for competitive,intellectually innovative economic development on the basis of introduction of modern technologies of distance learning.
