Summary/Abstract: Further development of the contracting system logistics services for the Polish Armed Forces will depend on the development fully transparent rules logistics civilian-military cooperation. An important issue in this regard is still to determine mechanisms to minimize corruption, where such cooperation is at stake. The article characterized the essential aspects of military-civilian logistics cooperation and anti-corruption procedures in force in the Ministry of National Defence. In addition, there are certain key determinants affecting the transparency of the processes of external potential for the Polish Armed Forces.
