Rules for the administration of financial corrections on projects co-financed from EU funds for violating public procurement law by the local government.

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is a description of the proceedings on the repayment of EU funds in the light of the Act of 2009 on public finance. The author in the publication describes the legal difficulties existing using existing legal regulations in the existing EU and national law by public administration bodies. Particular attention was paid to the procedural issues pointing to doubts and interpretative discrepancies existing in the current practice, the application of the law of administrative courts and bodies of public administration.
