Comparative Analysis of Corruption Prevention Systems Based on Selected Federal Countries.

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses the subject of prevention and overcoming corruption activities based on chosen federal countries. Methodology of reaction against this phenomena fixes two basic branches of implementation of undertaken activities i.e. prevention and repression acts. The first are accomplished by both governmental services and agendas and also by non-governmental organisations but the second one is attributed only to agencies with investigative powers. The author describes, according to obtaining procedures, anticorruption systems existing in the USA, Germany and Russia. He also tried to evaluate the properties of localisation of subjects concerning with corruption in governmental system.
