Aspects of motivation of social actors in the school field

Summary/Abstract: There are few researches that were done in school environment and which take into account all the actors involved in it: students, professors and parents. There are even fewer studies, which deal with their motivation. The motivational theories showed that conflicts arise when different interacting people have different motivational structures. This was the starting point in our study, that in school environment, the actors have different motivational structures. The results confirm that and also show that among all actors in school field, the professors have the highest degree of comfort, which means that the educational reforms must start with professors first.
