Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article concerns the behavior of people at work, both indeterminate action and behavior determined by a specific organizational culture. The components of culture of organization are presented here in terms of the system, divided into three basic types: patterns of thought, patterns of behavior and symbols. Patterns of behavior are formed on account of dissemination of attitudes, as well as on the background of formal organizational solutions. The article mainly focuses on characterization of behavioral patterns, which are a component of adaptive culture that reflects the current state of development of modern civilization. Identification and description of organizational behavior is a starting and reference point in determining the specific educational requirements (formulation of goals and tasks), and long term establishing of new educational relationships between the school, the university and the company. Analysis of adaptive culture and its components is carried out in terms of organizational structure, which allows splitting the analysis into stages and clearly presenting the role of organization, manager and employee. This characteristic indicates how wide range of complex and challenging tasks associated in the past with organization and managers have been now taken independently and efficiently performed by a creative employee.
