Summary/Abstract: The сoncept and system of domestic organs of foreign relations of the state are considered. It is emphasized that there is no classification of the state bodies that carry out foreign functions of the state in the doctrine of constitutional law of Ukraine. Different approaches to classification of mentioned bodies are analyzed. The article considers that for classification (in this case) of domestic organs of foreign relations should be taken into account a number of criteria, features, characteristics, and other aspects. For example, place of the body in the hierarchy of state bodies, the way of its forming, amount of power, the level and grade of relationship with other bodies, importance of their functioning for country’s foreign life and other. The research gives grounds to classify Ukrainian domestic (central) authorities of foreign relations into the following groups: constitutional authorities of foreign relations (Head of State - the President of Ukraine, Head of Government - Prime Minister of Ukraine, Foreign Minister - Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine), bodies of foreign relations of general competence (parliament - the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the government - the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Foreign Ministry – the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine), and bodies of foreign relations of special competence (Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, departments, divisions and sections of international relations in the ministries and organizations of Ukraine). In addition, main powers of the mentioned bodies are also considered.
