Summary/Abstract: The protection of national security of Romania is realized through a complex of activities, including the collection, verification and recovery information necessary for the prevention and suppression of any action, information that can be a threat to the address of national security. The Romanian legislation for special investigative techniques used in National Security is in deficit for two decades. Text with immediate relevance in this problem, namely Article 13 of Law no. 51/1991 relating to national security of Romania, is the subject of some controversies difficult to accept given the importance of social relationships which it relates.
