Summary/Abstract: The corruption has been determined in terms of pathology, plague cancer, disease, private interests, democracy of guys or public enemy number one, presenting it as a social problem and putting next to phenomena such as unemployment, poverty, low wages, violence, or social derailment. Corruption is an inseparable companion of all complex communities from ancient Egypt, Greece until today, regardless of place of origin.
