The essential condition for the conclusions drawn was the judgement of the European Court of Human Rights from November 3rd, 2009. The court stated that the presence of a crucifix at Italian schools is the violation of the parental right to educate their children according to their beliefs. The author of the article refers to the particular matters of the judgement of ECHR examining them with reference to current Polish legal regulations.
