SOCIAL ECONOMY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE SOCIAL AND PROFFESIONAL INTEGRATION OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Summary/Abstract: The article provides an overview on the alternatives offered by the social economy towards socio professional integration of people with disabilities. It is analyze an institution which has developed social economy structures, focusing on the functioning of protected units under its management. It provides information on gender differences in terms of employability of persons with mental disabilities and highlighted the impact of services provided by the institution on becoming and remaining at job by its beneficiaries.The utility of this study is given by the nature of the information supplied, being captured models of good practice on socio-professional integration of people with disabilities.
