Summary/Abstract: Notoriously, the oldest and most effective form of international legal assistance is the extradition. As it is universally known, by this procedure of extradition it is likely for a person, investigated in order to be brought to criminal liability (subject to criminal prosecution or trial) or to execute a conviction pronounced by the competent legal authorities of a state and who is on territory of another state, to be surrendered to the first state (the requesting state) in order to achieve the necessary legal activities
